Who am I?

I have realized over the years and through my own health issues, studying the human body and information gathered from the best in the fitness field,  that we are all responsible for our own health and well-being. That health isn’t about how great we look in a bikini or a pair of jeans.  It’s about training your body through exercise (gym, dancing, hobbies, etc), maintaining a flexible and supple body and feeding your body delicious, nutritious food.  It’s about challenging yourself, even if you fear it.  It’s not just about looking good on the outside but really, REALLY, feeling great and being healthy from the inside out.


For over 11 years, I have been constantly looking at fresh ideas and new techniques for pain-free fitness training, weight loss challenges and overall well being. I also am serious about being certified and to apply the absolute best of my training to your customized plan. In such, I hold certifications in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), am TRX certified, a Metabolic Typing Advisor, and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach from the CHEK Institute, and am both a Hoopnotica and Body Hoops certified Hoop teacher. I am also fully Insured and trained in CPR and First Aid.

Home base is currently Long Beach, CA, where I live with my husband, Quin, our dogs, Bailey and Cooper and their cat bro Tigger. I visit my fitness and nutrition clients in their homes in Long Beach, Signal Hill, Cypress and Huntington Beach, but am open to personal training in other surrounding areas.

I take pride in being an approachable partner in your personal training and nutrition goals.
All goals need a road map.  I’ll  train you functionally, analyze your muscle imbalances/flexibility and educate you about a holistic lifestyle to get you to your own unique personal fitness goals.
