Hoop Class Schedule for July/Practice

Hello Hoopers!

The only Saturday in July that we will not meet will be July 9.  But that doesn't mean you can't come out with your fellow hoopers and practice! 

Practicing your new hooping skills will reinforce what you've learned in class, which will help integrate it into muscle memory.  Plus, you can burn some calories while you're at it because you know you're going to indulge on some 4th of July yummy food!

Practice, you'll feel better.
